Founder Michael Teplitsky is a senior associate at Wynnchurch Capital, a $500 million private equity firm. Michael concentrates on the energy and power services. Prior to Wynnchurch, Michael was an associate at Lime Rock Partners, a $3 billion global private equity firm providing capital to exploration and production and oilfield services companies. After completing Lime Rock's associate program, Michael left to pursue his M.B.A. Michael began his career as an analyst within the Investment Banking Department at UBS where he executed strategic advisory and financing transactions as a member of the Global Energy Group. Garrett is a Regional Manager at Drilling Info, Inc, an internet based company focused on creating strategic partnerships with oil and gas companies. Garrett has been at Drilling Info since 2002 and has worked in their Austin, Denver, and now Dallas offices.

He attended the University of Texas at Austin and has a degree from Angelo State University in Business. He was born in San Angelo but grew up in the Preston Hollow neigborhood in Dallas. Garrett joined the YPE Leadership Team in 2008.

Castlen Moore is a manager for governmental affairs with Apache Corporation in Houston. In her role at Apache, Castlen works on federal and state legislative affairs. Prior to joining Apache, she served in the Bush administration as a senior policy advisor at the Department of Energy in Washington, DC, where she focused on oil and gas policy. Castlen has also held positions at S&B Infrastructure, RWE Trading Americas and Enron Corporation.

She holds a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and is a native of Houston, TX. Castlen joined the YPE Leadership Team in 2006.

Steve is an Associate at Highstar Capital, a $3.5 billion private equity fund focused on investing in the infrastructure sector. Steve is on the investment teams for Utilities, Inc., a national water utility serving 310,000 customers in 15 states, and Ports America Group, the largest independent marine terminal operator in North America with 97 terminals in 50 locations.

Prior to joining Highstar, Steve was an investment banking analyst in the Global Utilities Group of UBS.
